Initially Kathryn made an appointment to meet our cat and ourselves at home. We were immediately impressed by her professionalism, attention to detail and outstanding natural caring nature for animals. We felt confident in her abilities and were reassured that our cat would not only be visited and fed but also cared for. She has paid numerous visits to our cat. Initially for a four day period and then for a fortnight when we went abroad. She was able to reassure us when we felt a need to enquire as to our cat’s welfare on a few occasions during our holiday.

We have been delighted with Kathryn’s reliability and commitment to looking after our pet. On more than one occasion she has demonstrated a great deal of initiative to make sure our cat was well looked after.

We would have no hesitation in highly recommending Kathryn in this role which we consider to be a most responsible and trusting position. We have arranged further visits for our cat.

Kathryn is very direct and businesslike in relation to scheduling her appointments and is always punctual and reliable. Kathryn house and cat sat for us, which of course requires a very high level of trust on our part. She undertook her responsibilities very well and we were secure and confident in leaving her with the care of our home and our pet. In the event it fell to her to deal with the terminal illness of our aged cat in our absence. This she did with a great deal of sensitivity and concern for ourselves and the cat. We are pleased to recommend her.
